CHUCKY GETS LUCKY.

Murderer Charles Lee Ray is once again revived as the evil doll Chucky, this time by his former girlfriend (Jennifer Tilly) – who also ends up as a killer doll!

The fourth Child’s Play movie gets an adrenaline shot by director Ronny Yu, writer Don Mancini and inspiration from the likes of Scream and other meta-horror flicks; the movie Tilly’s watching when she turns into a doll is of course Bride of Frankenstein.

Ridiculous, for sure, but a fresh spin on the concept, the effects look good and the cast has entertaining performances, including John Ritter as the sheriff.
