DO YOU HAVE A TASTE FOR TERROR?
Charley Brewster (William Ragsdale) has managed to stop believing in the supernatural, but then the sister of the vampire he and Peter Vincent (Roddy McDowall) killed three years ago arrives in town.
This sequel lacks the freshness of the 1985 original and moves much too slowly; the filmmakers are unable to build their story in a funny and scary way. It’s a little hard to fear vampires that look like 1980s fashion models and behave like clowns.
Plenty of visual effects though, but they’re not always first-rate.
