HE DOESN’T PLAY GOLF… HE DESTROYS IT. 

The Caddyshack golf movies were popular in the 1980s, and then we got this – but in all honesty, it’s not an improvement.

God knows Adam Sandler is no Bill Murray, but he did get some love from fans (and golfers) as the vicious hockey player who can’t skate to save his life but discovers that rage can be used to great effect – in golf. The script tries to pump some juice into the very quiet sport but results are pretty silly, including the predictable final showdown.

Sandler picking a fight with The Price is Right host Bob Barker is however one of few bright ideas here.
