The Portokalos family grapple with grief and change, which might be the right time for a visit to Greece and a reunion.

Seven years after the second film in the franchise, its creator stepped behind the camera, but finds it hard to generate much authentic emotion when the jokes look like they came from some mediocre sitcom.

Greece is sort of presented like one of those corny digital ”postcards” showing off a country competing in the Eurovision Song Contest.
