COME FOR THE PRESENTS. STAY FOR THE BAGGAGE.
As her grown children gather to spend Christmas with their parents, Claire Clauster (Michelle Pfeiffer) realizes that no one in her family appreciates the hard work she does for them.
Unlike most Christmas releases on streaming services, this one actually looks like a real movie, with a talented cast. Even if the script identifies an all-too-familiar problem with the holidays (women who get trapped into cooking and cleaning for everybody else), the writing is unfortunately a big letdown.
Needs jokes and a less obnoxious family.
