WITNESSING THE PERFECT CRIME MADE HIM THE PERFECT TARGET.
Jason Kemp (Christopher Reeve), a paralyzed architect, spends his nights spying on the apartment building across the yard and suddenly thinks he saw a murder…
A few years after the tragedy that left Reeve paralyzed, he found the capacity to star in this TV movie, but rarely is remaking Hitchcock a good idea. This is no match compared to the 1954 classic. A few changes have been made – there is a sense of authenticity in the portrayal of the architect’s new life and modern times call for the introduction of computers in the story.
It’s a decent enough TV mystery and watching Reeve is quite inspiring.
