Saw II

OH, YES. THERE WILL BE BLOOD.

Serial killer Jigsaw (Tobin Bell) locks a group of people up in a room; they all have something in common, something that may see them turn on each other.

It didn’t take long to make the sequel, but the writers are surprisingly good at coming up with clever twists. A pretty entertaining film, if you can take the torture… and the filmmakers’ infatuation with exaggerated, meant-to-be scary visual and audio effects, a tiresome result of the success of Se7en and CSI.

Question: By the way, could you say that die-hard fans of this franchise qualify as life-wasters by Jigsaw’s standards?
