IT’S A TRAP.

Serial killer Jigsaw (Tobin Bell) is finally dead, but his traps are still taking victims; it’s up to Detective Hoffman (Costas Mandylor) to find them before it’s too late.

More of the same for the fans and not too shabbily put together; several characters from the second and third films appear again. Entertaining if one can put up with the repetitive stuff; plenty of blood and gore.

The most interesting part of the film is Jigsaw’s background; we learn how John Kramer ended up assuming the role of torturer-in-chief.
