THE TRUE STORY OF A HEIST GONE WRONG… IN ALL THE RIGHT WAYS.
In 1971, Terry Leather (Jason Statham) assembles a gang of criminals for a job in London, targeting safety deposit boxes in a bank vault, unaware that MI5 are also interested in the content of those boxes.
Inspired by real events, this thriller borrows many details from the actual robbery, but also runs wild with a persistent rumor: that compromising photos of Princess Margaret were found in the bank vault. There’s never been any evidence of that, but part of the attraction here is watching different gangs and government officials clash, building up to an exciting finale.
