Misogynistic ad executive Damien Sachs (Sacha Baron Cohen) hits his head and wakes up in a world dominated by chauvinist women who consider men to be ”the second sex”.

It may sound like a remake of What Women Want (2000), but it is in fact an English-speaking version of a French comedy, I Am Not an Easy Man (2018). The (very stubborn) formula is fun to watch for a while, and especially the ladies of the cast seem to be enjoying themselves; Fiona Shaw is a treat.

But it’s certainly a one-note joke with very few laughs.
