YOUR MOMMY WON’T SAVE YOU.

Seven-year-old Bela Martin (Arabella Olivia Clark) has a secret friend that she calls ”Other Mommy”; one day, this supernatural entity reveals itself to her startled parents (Jessica Chastain, Jay Duplass).

A horror movie that wants to come across as bold and original, but the filmmakers simply don’t have it in them – and the concept worked better on the page.

The story veers from one odd episode to another. Moments of terror and shocks are either ineffective or too corny; the film’s sense of humor largely witless.
