WHO DO YOU TRUST?

After working with the Skrulls in space for years, Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) returns to Earth and helps his friend Talos (Ben Mendelsohn) expose a conspiracy, led by the renegade Gravik (Kingsley Ben-Adir).

A frustratingly uneven miniseries where evil Skrulls infiltrate the leading governments of the world, increasing the risk of another world war. Involved in the battle are among others a cheerfully shady MI6 agent (Olivia Colman) and Emilia Clarke as Talos’s resentful daughter.

Engaging at times, but it definitely feels like a lesser, far from necessary, television bridge between Marvel movies.
