GET READY FOR A FUNERAL THAT’S TO DIE FOR!

Madea (Tyler Perry) and her family and friends travel to a party celebrating a 40th wedding anniversary, little dreaming that it’ll end in a funeral.

Originally thought to be the last Madea outing, but alas. This one introduces a new character played by Perry who’s in a wheelchair and speaks with a voice box, but he’s just as dull as the never-ending banter.

The director does score a few points about infidelity affecting a whole family, and the funeral scene is worth a chuckle or two.
