Four years after the TV series was canceled, the cast got back together for the much-hyped movie to tie up a few loose ends. Carrie and Big decide to get married, Steve betrays Miranda, Samantha is bored and Charlotte’s body surprises her big time.

Shallow, self-centered and materialistic in the beginning, the way many episodes started out… but fans know that the story always grows deeper. As these crises and joys are experienced over a year, we get to revive the friendship we used to have with these charming women and that ain’t bad.

There’s so much to tell, though, that it goes on forever.
