A new troll awakens from its slumber in Norway; heading for Trondheim and the Nidaros Cathedral, it’s looking for revenge, but faces resistance from another mighty but friendlier troll.

We’ve seen King Kong battle with Godzilla on the big screen and this sequel to the 2022 Netflix hit aims for something similar. However, the thrill and charm of the first movie is gone, especially in the second half of the story as the filmmakers opt for a darker, grim tone.

The cast is expendable.
