When Jay Kelly’s (George Clooney) 18-year-old daughter (Grace Edwards) goes to Europe, he decides to follow her whether she likes it or not; a potential problem is that he’s one of the world’s biggest movie stars.

A drama-comedy with many virtues, including Clooney’s convincing lead performance, charming moments during the European trip, Linus Sandgren’s lush cinematography and a moving tribute to cinema and Clooney’s screen career in the end. Adam Sandler is right for the part of Jay’s loyal manager.
