Hind Rajab was a six-year-old Palestinian girl who in January, 2024 was trying to escape the violence in Gaza together with her family.
After the shelling of the family’s vehicle, Hind managed to contact a Red Crescent call center to ask for help. Using the actual recording with her voice (and the blessing of her family), this film dramatizes the call center’s attempt to reach her before it’s too late. The filmmakers shoulder an immense responsibility to make this work; a tad melodramatic at times, but very intense, especially during that last half hour.
Gripping, with a good cast.
