RUSH HOUR HITS THE WATER.

Annie (Sandra Bullock) and her new boyfriend (Jason Patric) go on a Caribbean cruise with a luxury liner, but the ship is taken over by John Geiger (Willem Dafoe) who wants revenge on his former employers.

The first movie did everything right, the sequel did everything wrong. It throws in bombs and chases just because action movies require them, ending with a spectacular crash.

The characters keep doing stupid things, there is no tension and Dafoe’s villain is just another boring madman.
