PROTECT THE BLOODLINE. 

Sensing a new threat in the shape of a strong leader who knows how to unite Lycans, the vampires convince Selene (Kate Beckinsale) to train their forces.

The fifth film in this franchise picks up the story from the last chapter and has Selene fighting both a dangerously conniving vampire (Lara Pulver) and the ferocious Lycan leader (Tobias Menzies) while trying to make sure none of them find out the whereabouts of her daughter.

Nothing new to see here and the visual effects are as uneven as ever, but Selene does get a Cruella de Vil makeover in the film’s last third.
