Resident Evil: The Final Chapter

THE BEGINNING OF THE END.

Alice  (Milla Jovovich) is approached by the Red Queen who tells her to get back to The Hive and find an antivirus that will kill every infected organism… but can Alice trust her?

The sixth entry in this series looks and feels like it’s going to live up to its title until the end when the chance of new sequels emerges. Starts out like a loud, boring and lackluster B-movie version of Mad Max: Fury Road (2015), but improves slightly after the return to The Hive.

Choppily edited, with mediocre effects in 3D.

2017-France-Germany-Canada-Australia-U.K. 106 min. Color. Widescreen. Written and directed by Paul W.S. Anderson. Cast: Milla Jovovich (Alice), Ali Larter (Claire Redfield), Iain Glen (Alexander Isaacs), Shawn Roberts, Ruby Rose, Eoin Macken.

Trivia: Co-produced by Anderson. The Red Queen is played by Ever Anderson, daughter of Anderson and Jovovich.
