When a criminal gang exerts greater influence on teenagers in a local community, a priest (Tobias Hjelm) with a dark past has to decide whether or not to act.

The poster makes this look like a horror movie with religious overtones, but it is a drama about a genuine problem in Swedish society.

Unfortunately, the treatment lacks credibility and Hjelm has nothing to work with. His character remains a quiet, passive and empty lead, who isn’t exactly helped by plot holes, slow pace and a ponderous attitude.
